Returns Policy
At The Fabric Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of merchandise in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at www.thefabriccentre.co.uk/contact. They will provide you with instructions on how to return your purchase.
Returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition, and must be accompanied by your order details so we can process the refund.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
We suggest that you use a traceable shipping method and insure your return package for the full value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Please note that sale items and custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
