Will my fabric order come in one length ?

Yes, all our fabrics are sent in one continuous length. For example, if you enter ‘3’ in the metre quantity and ‘1’ in the half metre quantity, you will receive a complete 3.5m length.

Can my order be cut to specific lengths ?

Yes it can if for example you order 10m but want five 2m lengths this is fine. Please leave a note in the Special Instructions box when ordering. Please note we do not cut across the width.

What’s the difference between a yard and a metre ?

1 yard is 36 inches. 1 metre is 39 inches. We can only take orders in metres.

I ordered the same fabric a while ago but this time it’s a slightly different shade ?

Batch shades can vary slightly, not always but they can. We have no control over manufacturer dye batches.

Do you offer samples ?

Yes we do, they are £1.50 delivered to the UK and £3.50 delivered overseas. Sample size is approx.. 10cm by 10cm.

I am an overseas customer, will I have to pay Duty or VAT ?

Yes you will have to pay VAT but this will be charged by your local Customs & Excise once your order has arrived in the destination country. Duty is only payable on orders over 150 Euro, again this will be charged by the destination country Customs & Excise.

Is there a minimum order value ?

No, you can order from 0.5m upwards.

Are you open to the public at your location ?

Sorry we do not have a retail outlet where you can come and browse. Under certain circumstances with a prior booking you can arrange to collect your order.

Do prices include VAT ?

Yes

What is the size of a sample?

Each sample ordered will be cut at approximately 10cm x 10cm.
